Arabic labels for finance teams

Many UAE AP teams prefer bilingual headings. Use English + Arabic labels in the generator or app — see Arabic invoice and bilingual EN+AR. Line-item descriptions can stay in English if the client works in English day to day.

Questions

Do I always charge 5% VAT?

Only if you are registered and the supply is taxable. Thresholds and rules are on the FTA/u.ae pages linked above. This is not tax advice.

Can Kitebill submit e-invoices to the UAE system?

No. It makes PDFs. Watch MoF timelines if your business becomes obliged to use an accredited system.

Can I put Arabic and English on one PDF?

Yes. Choose English + Arabic labels; your line descriptions can still be English.
