Workflow

1. Write the proposal in English (or Arabic) as you already do.
2. Create the invoice with English + Arabic labels on /generate or in the app.
3. Add TRN/VAT and payment details your region needs (UAE, Saudi).
4. Print to PDF and email from your own address.

When to prefer English-only

If the client's AP portal is English-only and they asked for English documents, English labels are clearer. Bilingual helps when humans on the other side read Arabic day to day.

Field checklist for bilingual Gulf invoices

• Seller name matching your trade licence or freelance registration.
• TRN or VAT number in From or Notes when you charge VAT.
• Buyer legal name and address (plus their TRN for B2B VAT invoices).
• Currency and tax rate stated once, clearly, near the totals.
• Payment instructions the client can paste into a bank app without guessing.

None of those fields require a second language pack — bilingual labels only change the printed headings. Your Notes can still spell out "Payment within 14 days" in English, Arabic, or both.
