Arabic invoice: English + Arabic labels (free)
Give finance teams bilingual headings without moving your invoices to a cloud account. English + Arabic labels, free.
What "Arabic invoice" means in Kitebill
You can print English + Arabic bilingual labels (RTL-aware headings such as invoice number and totals). Line items remain the text you enter — English is common for IT and design work with Gulf clients; Arabic descriptions are fine when you type them.
Typical use cases
- UAE, KSA and other MENA clients whose finance teams file bilingual PDFs.
- Agencies that keep English proposals but want Arabic headings on the tax/commercial invoice PDF.
- Freelancers who already use the UAE or Saudi field checklists.
Enable Arabic labels
- On /generate, select English + Arabic.
- In the app: Settings → Invoice language → English + Arabic.
Included on the free plan. See also bilingual EN+AR and the longer Arabic + English guide.
VAT / e-invoicing reminder
Arabic labels do not make a PDF into an accredited UAE or ZATCA e-invoice. If the law requires a specific system, use that system. Kitebill remains a local-first PDF tool.
Print tips
- Preview before sending — confirm Arabic headings render.
- Disable browser headers/footers in the print dialog.
- Keep TRN / VAT numbers in the Latin digit form your client expects unless they specify otherwise.
Pair with country templates
Arabic labels are only half the story for Gulf clients. Use the UAE invoice template or Saudi invoice template for TRN, VAT and IBAN notes, then flip labels to English + Arabic before you print.
If you invoice both Gulf and Pakistani clients, keep one app and switch language per invoice (or keep a default in Settings and override on /generate).

Is this a fully Arabic legal invoice?
It provides bilingual labels. For regulated Arabic-only forms, use counsel-approved templates.

Labels are prepared for bilingual EN+AR display. Complex custom Arabic contracts are out of scope.
Do I need Pro?
No for labels. Pro removes free-plan limits and adds expenses, CSV export and logo.
