Can I invoice a parent and name the student?

Yes. Bill-to = payer; student name in the description or Notes.

Do you send the invoice for me?

No. You print or save a PDF and send it with your own email or WhatsApp.

Can I auto-charge every week?

No recurring billing. Duplicate last invoice and send the new PDF.

Tutor and coach invoice template (sessions, packages, no-shows)

Tuition and coaching invoices should read like a register: who, which sessions, which package, and the no-show rule you already told them.

Fields parents, students and HR actually check

Student or coachee name (and parent/company if they pay).
Subject / programme: "IB Maths HL" or "Q4 sales coaching" — not "lessons".
Session dates and duration (e.g. 4 × 60 min, 30 Sep–21 Oct).
Package vs drop-in: remaining sessions in a 10-pack, or a one-off.
How to pay: local bank, Wise, or the method the school/HR uses.

Packages, credits and refunds

Kitebill does not keep a lesson-credit ledger. If you sell a 10-pack, either invoice the whole pack up front or invoice each session and note "3 of 10 remaining" in Notes so both of you can count. Refunds are a conversation plus a new credit note or a reduced next invoice — we are not a school billing system.

Online vs in-person

Online: mention the platform only if needed (Zoom/Meet). Do not put meeting passwords on the invoice.
In-person: travel as a separate line if you charge it.
Materials (workbooks, mocks): their own line so a parent can see they are not "hidden tuition".

Currency when you teach abroad from home
