How this differs from the app

Templates are static files. Edit them in Excel or Word; email the PDF or the file yourself.
The generator builds one invoice in the browser and prints to PDF (EN / EN+AR / EN+UR). Nothing is uploaded.
The app keeps clients, statuses and overdue in your browser (localStorage), works offline after the first load, and supports multi-currency with a fee field. Free: 3 clients / 10 invoices. Pro: US$29 once.

Questions

Do I need to sign up to download?

No. The files are static downloads from this site. Nothing is uploaded when you open them.

Will these work in Google Sheets or LibreOffice?

The .xlsx files open in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice Calc. The .docx files open in Word and LibreOffice Writer. Formulas in Excel use common functions (SUMIF / simple arithmetic).

Is this a substitute for Kitebill Pro?

No. Spreadsheets do not track overdue invoices or a client list. Use the free generator for one PDF, or the app (free tier or Pro) if you need history and statuses.
